FAQ

Before you get started, the right questions.

Confidentiality, the role of AI, how a campaign unfolds, pricing: here are clear answers to the questions that come up most.

Who is Coach Pilote Sales for?

Structured sales organisations, from several dozen to several thousand salespeople. It is a demanding approach, designed to install a coaching-manager culture at scale. It is not built for small structures.

How much does it cost?

Implementation starts at €4,600 excl. VAT. The annual licence is degressive, from €250 excl. VAT per assessed employee per year. You will find the details, with the options, on the Pricing page.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. This is a large-account offer, built with you. We start with a demonstration on your own business, with a senior consultant, no commitment.

Are individual results confidential?

Yes. Each report is shared only with the salesperson and their manager. Leadership only sees consolidated views, with names anonymised on the tracking screens. Role-based partitioning is enforced all the way down to the database.

Can a meeting be analysed without the salesperson's consent?

Never. A submitted meeting is only a proposal, visible to the salesperson and their manager alone. Nothing is analysed without the joint agreement of the manager and the salesperson. A refusal permanently deletes the meeting, leaving no trace: the right to make mistakes is guaranteed by design, not just promised.

Can the framework be adapted to our business?

Yes. The questionnaires and situational exercises are designed for your sector. You can go further with the optional Sales playbook, co-built with your reference people over three sessions: the framework and the role-plays then reflect your sales acts exactly, not generalities.

What role does artificial intelligence play?

It analyses transcribed meetings (role-plays and real meetings) against a structured observation grid, and writes qualitative summaries: context, strengths, areas for progress. It measures actual practice, alongside what is declared.

How long does a campaign last?

Each participant spends about an hour on it, at their own pace (automatic saving). A full campaign, reminders included, usually runs over three to four weeks.

And after the assessment?

That is where it all begins: the reports feed the manager-salesperson debrief meetings, and the diagnosis makes it possible to target training on priority areas. Practys Conseil, a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, can support you on this.
